Dr. Hageman, the Innovator Educator

Dr. Hageman's has blended the arts, theater, education, business, marketing, consulting, mission work, and psychology with the care of the individual's well being spanning the individual's life experience from the profane to the sacred.

Dr. Hageman is an innovative, passionate and highly articulate educator in both individual and group settings appropriate to traditional, at-a-distance, and online learning environments. She is also experienced in the cultural differences in the training environment that encompasses both development and assessment.

For over 25 years, Dr. Hageman has used her extensive skills in consulting with the diversity of workplace environments across educational platforms that include academic, scientific, trade, and the general public. She specifically addresses the need to deliver higher education in formats that are more easily understood by the multiple educational layers inherent in the general population. When questioned why this concern was so important to her, she replied that it was necessary to bring the "wisdom down from the mountain tops, so that it could be lived in the daily activities of everyday life."

In terms of her educational mission, Dr. Hageman brings her extensive knowledge and application of research methodology, proficiency in computers, software, and database programming, and the arts to faciliate the process of individual growth. In both her research and her mentoring services, she brings a high adeptness in team building, project design and management, needs assessment, and evaluation.

Dr. Hageman believes that we change the world "one person at a time" and that the educator has the responsibility to not only develop the mind but also to develop the spirit in ways that are meaningful to the learner.
