The Art of Focus

Dr. Hageman developed the"Art of Focus" as a means to help individuals attain a harmony among the body, mind, and spirit.
The Art of Focus is a bi-directional process to assist an individual in achieving whatever goals he or she may have in mind. As such, the Art of Focus provides a pathway to access an individual's own higher sense of survival and/or spiritual sense, whichever is held in higher priority at any given time.
The Art of Focus is also a multi-layered process in which each “tier of learning” may be experienced step-by-step. However, the process itself tends to be fluid among the steps in which one aspect may be focused upon at a particular time, and that aspect may bring additional insights into a step an individual may have already addressed, or are about to examine. Nevertheless, each tier of learning influences the others in a holistic expansion during the development of the individual's own unique Art of Focus.
The process under Dr. Hageman's mentoring program begins with a series of assessments in which the individual learns more about self. From this, the individual will obtain a body-mind-spirit profile (BMSP) upon which the individual may deepen his or her growth along any of the aspects. The assessments are not self-administered, but an individual may attend a workshop, group mentoring, or sign up for the individual mentoring program.
The development of the individual's own unique Art of Focus takes into account the varied ways that an individual may learn about their "authentic self" and learn how to work with the body, mind, and spirit into being a "harmonized self" in which the body, mind, and spirit act in one accord.
In addtion, the Art of Focus process includes learning how to remove the blocks to an individual's personal growth, developing the five creative components of the Art of Focus, and crafting the personal narrative that describes how the core experiences that became a roadmap to the current self. The individual will also learn to develop their own personal brand identity and how that representative symbol can depict their journey to the "harmonized self."
